REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  1. Condition of Items

While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for the condition in which it arrives. If you receive your item in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately for assistance.

  1. Change of Mind

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on physical or digital products due to a change of mind.

  1. Digital Products

Once an order for digital products is confirmed and the product is delivered, refunds cannot be issued. However, if you encounter any difficulties receiving or downloading our digital products, please reach out to us for assistance.

  1. Major Problems

a. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if a digital product has a major problem, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

b. A major problem includes issues that would have prevented you from purchasing the product if you were aware of them, safety concerns, significant discrepancies from the product description, or failure to perform as advertised.

c. We will strive to address any major problems within a reasonable timeframe, offering edits, replacement, or refund options as appropriate.

  1. Refund Process

a. To request a refund or report a major problem with a product, please send us an email at contact@vocationalresources.com.au.

b. Please provide clear feedback detailing the issue you encountered, such as specific references to pages, chapters, or tasks.

c. For digital product refund requests due to technical issues, please include evidence demonstrating your purchase and inability to download the product.

  1. Superseded Materials

Customers are responsible for ensuring they order the correct version of training packages, qualifications, or units, as superseded materials are not eligible for refunds.

  1. Statutory Declaration

In the event of a refund, customers are required to submit a statutory declaration affirming the destruction of all refunded materials and their non-intention to use them for training, redistribution, or reference purposes.

  1. Discretionary Refunds

Any refunds outside of this policy are subject to management discretion. An administration fee may apply, calculated at $250 or 10% of the invoice value, whichever is higher.
